Create campaigns, track money raised, attribute sales to students, apply fee credits, and share public online pay links with QR codes.
The Fundraising page lists every campaign for the current program as large tiles. Click a tile to open the detailed view for that fundraiser — progress toward the goal, linked transactions, student totals, fee credits, and the public online pay link / QR code.
Click “Add New Fundraiser”. Fill in:
You can edit or delete a fundraiser later from the main page. Deleting a fundraiser unlinks its transactions; it does not delete the transactions themselves.
Click any fundraiser tile to open its detail view.
When a goal is set, a visual progress bar shows how close the campaign is to the target. Progress is based on net (raised − expenses).
Any deposit that was attributed to a student appears here with the amount raised and number of transactions. From this table you can quickly apply a fee credit to that student.
Select a student and a credit template (fixed or variable). This creates or updates a credit on the student’s fee balance. Applying a credit does not change the original deposit; it only affects the student’s balance.
Important
Fundraising attribution and fee credits are separate. Attributing a deposit to a student records who raised the money. Applying a credit is what actually reduces that student’s fee balance.
All transactions currently linked to this fundraiser are listed with date, account, payee/payer, amount, attributed student, category, and memo. You can unlink any transaction.
Select unlinked deposits or expenses from the program’s accounts and link them to the fundraiser in bulk.
Each fundraiser can have a public payment page so parents and supporters can pay by card without logging in.
Stripe Connect must be set up and ready for the program (connected account + deposit ledger account) on the Online Payments page under Finances & Travel. If Connect is not ready, the pay link cannot accept payments.
On the fundraiser detail page, open the Online pay link section and:
FireSafe generates a unique token URL. You can regenerate the token at any time (the old link will stop working).
The public page shows the school/program, fundraiser name, description, and an amount field (with optional default and quick preset buttons). They pay securely through Stripe. A small online convenience fee may be added at checkout so the program receives the full gift amount.
Note
Public fundraiser payments are not attributed to a specific student automatically. Use the Student Fundraising Totals and Apply Credit tools when you want to give fee credit for amounts raised.
You can still record money through the Accounts page:
You can also link existing transactions later from the fundraiser detail page.
