Your central hub for navigating FireSafe.
After logging in and selecting your school/program, you land on the Home dashboard. It gives you quick access to the main areas of FireSafe through large, easy-to-tap buttons.
Smart Behavior:
If you only have access to one school and one program, FireSafe will often skip the selection screen and take you straight to Home after login. This saves time for most directors.
The heart of the Home screen is a set of large, colorful square buttons (200×200 px). Each one takes you directly to a major section of FireSafe.
Students, parents/guardians, ensembles & rosters, contact information, and personnel documents.
Instrument inventory, uniform inventory, music library, and inventory documents.
Financial accounts, student fees & credits, fundraising, trip planning, and related documents.
Your personal settings: profile, district/school info, billing, and subscription management.
View and manage events, rehearsals, and performances. Supports Google Calendar subscription.
Access this Help Library and contact Customer Service.
Switch to a different school or program you have access to.
Safely sign out of your FireSafe account.
Click the school/program name in the top bar or use the Change Schools button. This takes you to a selection screen where you can pick a different program you’re authorized to manage.
Most directors only need one program, so FireSafe tries to make this step automatic when possible.
Almost every page in FireSafe includes a “Back to Home” button at the bottom. It’s the fastest way to return to this central dashboard.
