Overview

This page works very similarly to Instrument Inventory but is designed specifically for uniforms. It includes detailed sizing fields (Inseam, Waist, Hips) that are especially useful for marching and concert attire.

Key Features

Add New Uniform

Click “Add New Record” to open the form. Uniform types are organized into Marching, Concert, and Custom categories.

Detailed Sizing

Track specific measurements: Size, Inseam, Waist, Hips — very helpful when fitting students for marching uniforms.

Import / Export

Bulk import uniforms from CSV. Export your full list anytime. Download a blank template for easier future imports.

Search, Sort & Batch Actions

Search the table, sort by any column, and use checkboxes for batch Edit or Delete — identical workflow to Instrument Inventory.

Working with Records

Selecting Multiple Uniforms

Use the checkboxes to select records. The Edit Selected and Delete Selected buttons appear when items are selected.

Batch Edit Tip:

When editing multiple uniforms at once, use “{No change}” in fields you want to leave untouched.

Per-Record Actions

Edit — Opens the uniform form in a modal.
Delete — Removes the record (with confirmation).

Printing

Use the gray Print button to print a clean version of the current uniform list.

Show Tips

Check the “Show Tips” box at the top to display helpful guidance. Your preference is saved in your browser.

Best Practices

Keep accurate Inseam, Waist, and Hips measurements — this saves huge amounts of time during uniform fittings.
Use the Notes field to track damage, repairs, or special assignments.
Import your full uniform inventory at the start of the season.
Export regularly as a backup for insurance or audits.
